India will be contributing e-tourist visa for a reasonable fee of $25 in the peak tourism season within the months of July and March.
Prahlad Patel, Indian Tourism Minister, has recently announced e-tourist visas for peak season and also for the lean season in India. India will now grant a 30-days e-tourist visa for a reasonable fee of $25 while in the peak tourism season within the months of July to March.
As per the Press Trust of India, Patel also recently published a 5-year e-tourist visa for a nominal fee of $80 and 1-year e-tourist visa for a decent fee of $40.
The Indian Tourism Minister further announced that for Singapore, Japan, and Sri Lanka, the lean period e-tourist visa fee would be $10 and $25 for a tenure of 30 days, one year and five years.
Prahlad Patel, Indian Tourism Minister, also said that India would offer a 30-day e-tourist visa at a reduced fee of $10 fee in the months of April to June, which is observed as a lean period for tourism in India.
Addressing at the inauguration of a conference with the representatives of the state government on tourism on 20 Aug 2019, Prahlad Patel, Indian Tourism Minister said the movement was to promote tourists to visit India.
