Margot James, Britain's Minister for creative industries, said the UK has a vibrant architecture sector that boasts of top-class talents of international repute such as Amanda Levete and Renzo Piano. The minister went on to say that the creative industry was an important and crucial part of Britain's economy, what with its worth hitting over £100 billion. She also added that the government was committed to giving the sector the support it needs and with the introduction of these new visas, architectural practices in the UK will find it easier to hire the talented hands they need to thrive in the future.
