As per the media news from the Future Investment Initiative (F.I.I) which is headquartered in Riyadh, Capital of Saudi Arabia the nations of UAE and Saudi Arabia are mutually working on a common visa which will enable a higher number of visitors between the two nations.
The statement was made by the United Arab Emirates Minister of Economy, Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori. He was also quoted by Al Eqtisadiah newspaper as stating, "This initiative strives at taking advantage of the tremendous potential and excellent measures taken by Saudi Arabia to promote the entry of visitors to the Kingdom."
The new visa is assumed to be finalized and implemented in the next year 2020 which is a good sign for tourists from all over the world. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori told that this at a session in Future Investment Initiative which closed on 31 October 2019 and observed above 6,000 attendees from all over the globe. Minister of International Cooperation & Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan led the United Arab Emirates delegation to the conference which was accompanied by higher than 300 decision-makers from 30 nations.
Approximately 24,000 immigrants visited Saudi Arabia country since the latest tourist visa system moved into force on 27 September 2019, Saudi media published. Visitors, especially from China, have topped the list with 7,391 visitors, followed by citizens from the UK and then the US with 6,159 and 2,132 visitors respectively, as per the figures published by the Saudi Foreign Ministry. Saudi Arabia visualizes 100 million visitors yearly by 2030 upon 41 million at now.
